Eira London shall not be liable for any regulatory, customs or legal consequences arising from the importation of products into jurisdictions where such products are controlled or prohibited.

Eira London shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from the purchase, use, misuse or inability to use any product, including but not limited to personal injury, death, illness, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other loss or damage.

9. Orders, Payment & Delivery

All orders are subject to acceptance by Eira London. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misuse, fraudulent activity or regulatory concerns.

Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

All sales are final unless products are damaged, defective or materially mis-described. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
