What does “research-grade” mean at Eira London?
Research-grade at Eira means every compound is batch-tested, documented and independently verified for purity. We set minimum purity thresholds (≥98%) confirmed by HPLC and will not list a compound that does not meet them. It is a specification — not a marketing term.
Are Eira London products intended for human use?
No. All Eira London products are supplied for research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention or cure of any disease. By ordering, you confirm you are acquiring them for lawful research use.
Do your products come with a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. COA documentation is batch-specific and available on request for every compound we supply. Contact us with your order reference and we will provide the relevant COA confirming compound identity, purity and batch traceability.
How are compounds stored and dispatched?
All compounds are stored at -20°C in dry, dark conditions and dispatched from the UK with temperature-protective packaging to preserve integrity in transit.
Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Orders are sent with tracked delivery, and you'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return or cancel an order?
Because our compounds are temperature-sensitive and supplied sealed to protect their integrity, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been dispatched. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch, and damaged, incorrect or missing orders are replaced or refunded when reported within 48 hours of delivery.
