The term “research-grade” is widely used.
We define what it means.

Most suppliers use the term loosely. At Eira, research-grade is a specification — not a marketing claim. It means documented purity thresholds, third-party verification, batch-specific identification and cold-chain integrity throughout.

This is not a branding position. It is a sourcing and documentation standard that runs through every compound we carry.

Every supplier we use must provide certificate of conformity and ISO-accredited batch testing. Every order includes batch-specific traceability. That’s the Eira standard.

“Purity, transparency and traceability — not as aspirations, but as operational requirements for every batch we supply.”

Eira Quality Standard

How every Eira compound reaches the researcher.

Our rigour starts at the source. We have documented every decision point in the supply chain.

01

Supplier verification & selection

We audit every supplier before a relationship begins. Accreditation, batch testing process, compound purity benchmarks and documentation practices are all reviewed.

Certificate of conformity
ISO-certified manufacturing
Transparency in certificate methodology
02

Batch review & COA filing

Every batch is reviewed against a third-party Certificate of Analysis before it is accepted into our inventory. COA reports are filed batch-specifically.

3rd party laboratory verified

03

Cold-chain integrity

Lyophilised peptides are stability-sensitive. We store all compounds at -20°C in dry, dark conditions, and despatch with temperature-protective packaging.

Clear labelling & compliance

Every compound is clearly labelled for research use only. Each label includes the compound name, batch reference, storage conditions and a research-use statement.

Every batch has a
paper trail.

A COA is not a marketing document. It is a laboratory report that confirms compound identity, purity percentage, testing methodology and the batch from which this vial originated.

Six principles that define
the Eira quality standard.

Purity First

We set minimum purity thresholds for every compound and will not carry a product that does not meet them. This is non-negotiable.

Transparency

Every batch we supply can be traced. COA documentation, batch references and purity data are available to all research buyers.

Research-Led

Our compound selection is driven by published research relevance — not margin or trend. We carry what the science supports.

Quality Standards

ISO-accredited sourcing, third-party testing and cold-chain storage are the baseline — not a premium add-on.

Responsible Sourcing

We audit every supplier relationship and do not onboard new compounds without completing a full supply chain review.

Customer Confidence

We answer questions directly, document everything and never make claims we cannot support with paperwork.

Quality standards, answered directly.

What does 'research-grade' mean for Eira?

Research-grade at Eira means batch-tested, COA-documented and independently verified for purity. We set minimum purity thresholds (≥98%) and will not list a compound that does not meet them.

How do I receive a COA for my order?

COA documentation is available on request for all orders. Contact us with your order reference and we will provide the batch-specific COA for the compound you purchased.

How are compounds stored and dispatched?

All compounds are stored at -20°C in dry, dark conditions. Orders are dispatched with appropriate cold-chain protective packaging to maintain stability in transit.

Are Eira products suitable for human use?

No. All Eira products are supplied for research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical treatment or personal use of any kind.

Five compounds.
One quality standard.

Every compound in the Eira range is held to the same standard. Documented, batch-tested, cold-chain stored and supplied with full traceability.
